We are a small, Alternative / Holistic Healthcare Practice located in Acton Maine . Owner/ Practitioner Julia W. Mathieu  started her journey in Holistic Healing Therapy 25+ years ago with Reflexology and Intuitive Energy work and now is a Reiki Master Teacher , Intuitive Energy therapist, Reflexologist, Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Vertastretch PT, & Essential/ CBD  oils Consultant. Andrea Olsen is a 15+ years experienced licensed massage therapist and combines massage with other healing modalities for a relaxing and detoxifying healing experience.  Together they  have 40+ years experience in complementary therapies such as Reiki, Reflexology, Holistic counseling, Nutrition, Supplemental Nutrition, All massage Therapies including Indian Head massage , Deep tissue, therapeutic, hot stones, Swedish and other, Essential Oils Therapies/ Consultation, Therapeutic grade 0% THC CBD products/ consult, Intuitive energy healing, and Animal Alternative Medicine and the gift of helping & healing others . They also offer Reiki classes !, 2 and Master, Essential Oils / CBD Oils  education and quarterly we host a Reiki Share or wellness class.
